Our neighbourhood is facing some of its biggest planning changes in generations. Most residents still don’t know what’s proposed.

Around here, the special charactor area between Dominion rd and Kowhai Intermediate, as well as many homes off Valley and View, and Wynyard-Edenvale are being zoned for up to 15 stories, with no set back from side or rear boundries until about 20 vertical metres.
